1. Nature of Our Services

Please note that our services are intangible and customized in nature. Once a project is initiated, we allocate resources, manpower, and time to your project. Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we cannot offer a 100% money-back guarantee.

2. General Refund Rule – No Refund After Work Commences

Once the payment is made and the project work has been started (including research, analysis, strategy creation, keyword research, ad setup, design mockups, etc.), no refund will be issued. We provide regular reports and communication to keep you informed of the progress.

3. Service-Wise Refund Terms

a) Website Design & Development:

  • Full refund is possible only if the request is made within 24 hours of payment and work has NOT started.
  • If initial design concepts have been shared, a 50% refund may be considered after deducting design and research efforts.
  • No refund after final design approval or after the website is moved to staging/live server.

b) SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SMO & SMM Monthly Retainer:
SEO is an ongoing process. Search engine rankings depend on many factors beyond our control. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable. You may cancel the subscription for the next billing cycle with a 15-day prior notice.

c) PPC / Google Ads & Paid Advertising:

  • Our management fees are non-refundable once the campaign setup has started.
  • The ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or any other third-party platform is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • We do not guarantee specific number of leads, sales, or ROI.

d) Content, Creatives & Social Media Posts:
No refund will be issued for content written, graphics designed, or posts created and delivered.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel any monthly service by giving us at least 15 days written notice before the next billing date. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current month or for work already completed. For project-based services, cancellation after 50% work completion will not be eligible for any refund.

5. Duplicate or Erroneous Payment

If you have made a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment by mistake, please contact us within 7 days. We will verify the transaction and refund the excess amount within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Non-Refundable Third-Party Charges

Any fees paid to third-party service providers such as domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates, stock images, premium plugins, Google Ads spend, Facebook Ads spend, and other tools are strictly non-refundable.

Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or dispute without contacting us first will result in termination of your project and services. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in case of false chargebacks.
